Weight loss by drinking a popular beverage in the world - tea

Forget fasting, starvation diets and vigorous exercise. Weight loss can be as easy as making a cup of tea several times a day as this is already a popular pastime in the West. This seems to be the ideal solution for the perfect body, however, there's a catch.
There are several types of tea in the market and the most common being black tea. And I'm sure this is really popular with the British tea to get through 165 million cups a day!

The trap
Unfortunately, much as we (especially the British) we love black tea need to move towards the more exotic variety of teas including green, Oolong, Pu Erh, Porangaba, Okinawa, Feiyan, and some varieties of herbs. All these offer the following advantages.
Boosting the metabolism
Switching from your regular black tea with a cup of green tea has been shown to significantly increase the body's metabolic rate and thus accelerating weight loss. Pur-erh tea has also been shown to have a similar effect on metabolism.
The increase in energy levels
Porangaba tea has been shown recently, especially in the media, to have a dramatic effect on energy levels while suppressing the appetite, making it easier to shift those extra kilos.
Health and Longevity
Okinawa Tea is always promoted by its health benefits, especially because the Okinawans are known for having one of the highest life expectancies in the world and have very few problems with obesity. Clearly, this can not all be down to drink tea, as they also have a nutritious diet full of lots of fish and vegetables. However, you definitely play a role in their slender figures and longevity.
Cholesterol and body detox
Feiyan tea is made with several different ingredients, including the lotus leaves, seeds cansia, loofah and green tea. There are several weight loss benefits as reduced bloating and detoxifies the body as well as possibly reducing blood fat and cholesterol.
Herbal
Herbal teas including dandelion or nettle can help eliminate excess water and therefore reduce weight. Fennel, which is also found as a minor ingredient in many herbal teas appetite suppressant properties that help with your weight loss program.
As you can see the tea has many benefits of weight loss, but remember it's only part of your weight loss journey. Simply drinking tea does not have a significant effect in reducing their weight, as this can only be achieved when following a weight loss program. Of course, if you are on a weight loss program or not to drink tea is always good!
